Annual Acoustic Corner InstructorConcert

Saturday, November 23

7:30pm / Doors at 7:00pm

$20 per ticket

Our ever popular Annual Concert with the famous instructors from ACOUSTIC CORNER is always a winning show! Expect lots of great combinations of instruments and musical genres - and a few surprises from this talented group. They all play professionally with various bands, but this is the only time of the year they play together and we are thrilled to have them do it on our stage in our intimate listening room...

Join nationally celebrated storyteller, Connie Regan-Blake, as she transforms a packed theater into an intimate circle of friends with old-timey charm, wisdom, and humor. We’ll also welcome to the stage, her workshop participants, Catherine Yael Serota, Steve Tate, Rick Bowers, Jane O. Cunningham, Christine Westfeldt, and Pepper Ellis-Hagebak. This event is in our intimate theatre, and usually sells out so get yours tickets ahead of time!

And look for the next “Slice of Life” series with Connie’s storytelling students in the Spring of 2020.

Advance tickets are $15, or $20 on the day of the event, or at the door, if available. Doors open at 7:00pm and seating is first come first served.

Sunday, December 8th

We welcome back personality and poet James Navé as he again presents the classic story “A Child’s Christmas in Wales” by Dylan Thomas. Navé transports us to another time and another place where the season was packed with delights for all our senses, when children believed and villagers created a special time in that special place. As a gift to the community, Navé has been presenting the rich language of Thomas’s evocative holiday classic poem since 1988. Join us for an afternoon and leave renewed.

BMCAT Presents...
13th, 14th, 15th, 20th, 21st, & 22nd
Fri & Sat @ 7:30pm, Sun @ 2:00pm

When a down-on-his luck wannabe actor arrives in New York City at the end of the year, the only employment he can find is at Macy’s department store -- working in Santaland for the holiday season, as a reluctant, but relentlessly cheerful, elf. Newly christened “Crumpet”, our clever anti-hero shares his observations of the mayhem in front of and behind the scenes during one chaotic December, from aggressive parents and drunken Santas, to flirtatious actors, poor hygiene, and the racially charged hazards of being a “Pointer Elf.” Will Crumpet find a moment of pure Christmas spirit? Will he end up in Santa’s cottage with Snowball the elf? Will he escape with his life on Christmas Eve before being torn apart by enraged customers?

This show contains mature content and is for adults only.
