Flowing with the Flowers is a chair yoga sequence suitable for everyone. Through guided visualization, we will focus on being present in the moment. The sequence aims to improve our strength and flexibility, allowing us to bloom into our best selves. This one-of-a-kind workshop will take place in BMCA’s dance studio while it is bursting with blooms for its annual Art in Bloom fundraiser. Don’t miss this opportunity to stop and smell the roses.
