This year marks the 18th Annual Art in Bloom, our most anticipated fundraiser of the year. This multifaceted event, celebrating nature and art, combines two gallery exhibits, live floral arrangements, and a local garden tour featuring working artists. Whether you join us for one event or all of them, you are playing an important role in supporting the arts in our community.

Guest of Honor

Jessica Klarp has been a part of Art in Bloom for many years.  In 2010 her garden was on the tour and previous to that she often volunteered as a garden guide.  Once she began working at BMCA in 2013, she played an even bigger part in AIB, overseeing every event detail at one point or another.  Over the years, Jessica has solicited sponsorships and food donations, managed ticket sales, assisted with the garden tours, procured the artwork for the gallery exhibit, provided flowers for the event, written articles, and supported floral designers. Throughout her years of involvement with AIB, Jessica has always enjoyed interacting with all the participants in the event. She says, “The best thing about Art in Bloom is the community spirit it elicits, and the opportunity to share so much beauty with others.”  We can’t imagine what AIB would have been like without Jessica and we are grateful for her years of visionary thinking, planning, leadership, and organization.  Jessica embodies what  Art in Bloom is all about and we are excited that she is the 2024 Art in Bloom Guest of Honor!
