Register for the 2026 BMCA Dance Recital, "Stars in Motion"!
Fill out this form to provide your dancer's information (this will be used for programs, etc., so ensure everything is listed as you prefer).
After receiving your form, we will send you an invoice for the costume fees.
This form and all costume fees must be submitted by 6:00 pm on January 31st.
