Discover the beauty and strength of ballet this winter in Adult Ballet: Foundations—perfect for beginners or anyone looking to explore dance in a welcoming, low-pressure environment. This class focuses on basic posture, port de bras, turnout, alignment, and simple combinations, helping you build a strong foundation to move forward in your dance journey. Along the way, you’ll improve core strength, stability, posture, and bone health, all while enjoying a low-impact, mindful workout that nurtures your body, mind, and brain. No prior dance experience is needed—just bring curiosity, energy, and a willingness to move. Cancellation Policy
Flat-Fee Registration: Each workshop (one-time or multi-session) is billed at a fixed rate, payable at the time of registration. Secure Your Spot: Pay in full during sign-up to reserve your place—workshops do not hold provisional spots. Refund & Cancellation Policy: Cancel 14 days or more before the workshop start for a 100% refund minus a $10 administrative fee. Cancellations 7–13 days out are eligible for a 50% refund minus the same $10 fee. No refunds are available for cancellations less than 7 days before or after the workshop has begun Workshop Cancellation by BMCA: If BMCA cancels due to low enrollment, instructor illness, weather, or other reasons, registrants will receive either a full refund or a credit toward a future workshop. Transfers: If you’d like to transfer to another workshop, please notify us at least 7 days before the start date—approved transfers are subject to a $10 processing fee, with any price difference between workshops settled at the time of transfer.
