Your dancer must arrive a few minutes before their call time, fully dressed in their costume with hair and makeup done. A volunteer will be at the backstage door to check your student in for the day and bring them back to the appropriate dressing room. No parents who are not official volunteers will be allowed in the dressing room area/backstage for safety reasons. All dancers must bring a filled-up bottle with them for the day. All dancers will get to rehearse onstage during dress rehearsal. Please note that this is a closed rehearsal (no parents/caregivers allowed in the auditorium). Doors will open for all attendees at 3:30 pm. 

After check-in, dancers 7 and older are required to remain backstage till after the show is over. After the show has concluded, they must be checked out at the backstage door after they collect all of their belongings from the dressing room.

Call time for young dancers (ages 3-6) is 2:40 pm. After the closed dress rehearsal, they will wait backstage with our volunteers until it is time to go onstage for the show. During intermission, all young dancers (ages 3-6) must be picked up/checked out for the day at the dressing room hallway door. Young dancers will sit with their caregiver during the 2nd half of the show. They will be called up on stage at the end of the show for bows (through the side door at the front of the auditorium). After bows, you must pick them up from the same door right away. 

*Please note: If your dancer is in multiple dances, they should come dressed in the costume of the dance they are doing first (ask your teacher) and they will need to bring their other costume(s)/dance shoes  and accessories packed neatly in a bag. They must be wearing a nude leotard (with spaghetti straps) under all costumes so they can change quickly and comfortably in the dressing room.
