Cancellation Policy

Per-Class Payment: Choose from single drop-in classes ($20 each) or multi-class packs (e.g., 5, 10, or 15 classes) that remain valid for up to five months. Payment Timing: Pay at the time of booking—via our online portal or front desk—to secure your spot in each class. Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancel at least 12 hours before class start to receive a class credit Within 12 hours of the class, cancellations will not be refunded or credited to your pack. No-Shows & Late Arrivals: No-shows without notice result in forfeiting the class/credit If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, entry may be denied, and you’ll lose the class. Class Cancellations by BMCA: In rare cases (e.g., low enrollment or closures), we'll notify you promptly and offer a full refund or credit. Class Packs: Packs expire five months after purchase. Packs are non-transferable and non-shareable between individuals. This structure allows flexibility and clear expectations—whether you're exploring dance casually or coming back for more—while maintaining fairness and smooth class operations.
