Let’s have some FUN-IN-THE-SUN! This week, little movers will groove to the beat, wiggle like waves, and explore the deep blue sea. It’s going to be a bright, breezy week full of summertime magic! Join us this summer for our 2025 Summer Camps, where kids can dance, sing, and play their way through exciting themed adventures! With weekly activities like music, dance, crafts, and imaginative games, campers will have a blast while showcasing their creativity during a performance on the BMCA stage at the end of each session. Camps are divided into Preschool (ages 3-5) and Elementary (ages 6-9) groups, offering age-appropriate fun and learning. Camps run from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Black Mountain Center for the Arts, 225 West State Street. Weekly tuition is $175, or $160 with early payment before May 1st. Cancellation Policy
First Month Payment: To secure your spot in BMCA Dance’s weekly classes, you'll pay the first month's tuition at the time of registration. Auto-Payment Setup & Billing Policy After registering, you’ll receive an email invitation to subscribe to automatic monthly payments. If you choose this option, your card will be charged on the same date each month, ensuring smooth and consistent billing. If you do not use auto-pay, you will receive an email invoice on the 1st of each month beginning in October. Tuition payments are due by the 10th of each month. Any payment made after the 10th will be considered late and will incur a late fee of $10 per week until payment is received. Class Commitment & Refunds: You’re expected to remain enrolled through the session (Sept. - May). If you choose to leave early, contact us in writing at least 14 days before the next payment date to request cessation for that upcoming month’s tuition. Payments already processed are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation by BMCA: If BMCA must cancel a class (due to low enrollment, instructor illness, inclement weather, etc.), you’ll receive either a prorated credit toward future classes or a refund for the missed sessions. This structure ensures budgeting ease, clarity around commitments, and fair handling of class changes, making it easy for you to enjoy dance without surprises.
